The ADVENIR programme stipulates that it will not cover projects to install charging points in the following cases:
- If the project launch date is prior to the ADVENIR certification date for the chosen offer
- If they are replacements for existing charging points
- If they involve the installation of charge points for private individuals in detached houses
- If the charge points concerned have a capacity of 22kW or less
- If the project does not comply with decree no. 2011-873 of 25 July 2011
- If the installation does not comply with the regulatory obligations, standards or specifications of the ADVENIR programme.
