Who is eligible for subsidies under the France Relance plan and for what type of expenditure?

As part of the stimulus plan, a budget of €100 million for 2022 has been earmarked to subsidise the installation of 440 ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles along France’s motorways and trunk roads.
