About the Role  
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate EVBox’s growth in selling fast and ultrafast DC solutions (for light and heavy duty vehicles) to Charge Points Operators and Value Added Resellers in Denmark.  Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you’ll
be responsible for securing new customers, responding to tenders and expanding our reseller and partner network across the region, in close cooperation with other members of the Nordic cluster, Operations/Aftersales and R&D staff located at the production facility in Bordeaux, France. This home based role offers flexibility and can be based anywhere in Denmark. 

What You’ll Do  

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term opportunities.  
  • Secure new CPO customers and manage tender’s primarily in Denmark, but also across the Nordics.  
  • Expand and strengthen our resellers and partners ecosystem to increase market presence.  
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.  
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across target industries.  
  • Stay ahead of the market through product expertise and competitor insights.  

What We’re Looking For  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.   
  • 3-5yrs experience in the EV sector is a significant plus 
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within EV sector, mobility, or technology.  
  • Strong experience in winning tenders and/or building partner networks.  
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.  
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English and Danish.
