About the Team

The IT team is a collection of motivated individuals whose primary responsibility is to ensure support of EVBox’s IT and ensuring they run and function in alignment with the business’ needs.

You’ll be contributing to the way our innovative charging solutions are designed, built, and maintained. At every stage, our solutions need to be in peak condition to make electric mobility easy and affordable for businesses and drivers around the world.

About the role

As a Senior IT Manager, your main mission will be to manage the team & ensure the following:

  • Daily Operations
  • Infrastructure (network and systems), both on-premises and in the Cloud
  • Cybersecurity
  • Operations (Level 1 support and IT asset management)
  • Business applications (ERP, CRM, and BI)
  • 2nd line support for all IT application requests
  • IAM configurations and integrations with Applications
  • Application onboarding into the existing landscape
  • Okta Administration including user, group & policy configuration
  • Creating Application operating procedures for the IT support staff
  • Google Workspace Administration
  • Managing & updating the automated on/offboarding process
  • o365, slack, Atlassian technical administration
  • Renewing Application contracts
  • Liaise with Application vendors for support, upgrades or incidents
  • Control security measures and implement procedures based on company guidelines, security and privacy requirements
  • Maintain and perform license management & control for compliance reasons
  • Maintain and keep applications up-to-date and secure
  • Project support regarding technical aspects

About you

Education requirements

  • Master or engineer degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in IT management

Experience requirements

  • Experienced Saas/Paas/Iaas knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Okta, SAML & SCIM
  • Knowledge of Cloud based SaaS computing: Okta, Slack, Gsuite and Office365, Apple and Microsoft based computing hosted environments
  • Technical certifications in System Administration
  • Comfortable in collaborating with globally distributed and multicultural teams
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Critical-thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
