Certification gives your teams the skills to work on EVBox stations with confidence, and keeps your warranty valid.

Essential skills

From commissioning to annual preventive maintenance, your teams gain the knowledge needed to work efficiently on our equipment.

Warranty requirement

Certification is a prerequisite to activate or maintain the warranty on your EVBox station.

Renewable certification

Your certification is valid for 2 years. Recertification is then free and can be completed entirely remotely.

EVBox training: what is it?

  1. Theory meets practice

    Our technical training on EVBox DC charging stations combines theory and hands-on practice. A remote theory session builds the technical foundations, then practical work on real equipment turns them into skills your teams can apply on site.

  2. Objectives

    Master the technical specifications of your EVBox DC charging station. Understand installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.

  3. Who is it for?

    Certified engineers and electricians. Technicians responsible for installation, commissioning and maintenance.

  4. Prerequisites

    Certified or licensed electrician, in accordance with local regulations. Basic knowledge of network connections. Comfortable using computer tools

Training available for the entire EVBox range

Four training modules cover all EVBox DC products, following the evolution of our product architecture. Pick the categories that match the stations you install and maintain. The programme is built so that you only train on what you need: combine several categories if your teams work on different models.

Your path to certification

A simple journey that blends theory and practice

1. Learn the theory online

Follow the remote theory session to get the technical foundations of the EVBox range.

2. Practise hands-on

Work directly on real EVBox charging stations, guided by our technical trainers.

3. Get certified

Validate your skills and receive your EVBox certification, valid for 2 years and renewable remotely at no cost.

Train where it suits you

Train with us near Bordeaux, in our training facilities, or directly on your own site. On-site sessions let your teams learn on the equipment and in the conditions they work in every day.
