The charging time of the Tesla Model X is dependent on the type of charging station you charge at. When using an AC charging station, the maximum power the Model X can charge at is 17 kW. This means it takes around 7 hours to charge from 0 to 100 percent. As for DC fast charging, the maximum power the Model X can charge at is 250 kW which equates to around 30 minutes of charging time from 10 to 80 percent.

The Tesla Supercharger is a Tesla-owned and operated DC fast charging station for electric vehicles. These charging stations are exclusively available to Tesla customers and are capable of delivering a maximum power output of 250 kW.

If you are a Tesla customer, then using the built-in navigation system or the Tesla app will be the easiest way to find a Supercharger for your Tesla Model X. In fact, if necessary, the built-in navigation system will automatically direct you to any Superchargers on route and can advise you if there are any available spaces before you arrive.

There are two versions of the Tesla Model X available on the market, the Long Range and the Plaid, both with different ranges:
