Centralized power unit
EVBox PowerHub
The EVBox PowerHub is a centralized power conversion and distribution unit designed for high-power DC charging infrastructure.
A modular and smart solution
The EVBox PowerHub enables efficient and flexible power distribution to multiple charging points, with advanced power management capabilities. Designed around a Centralized Distributed Architecture (CDA), power is generated at a central location and then routed to each DC output based on demand.
- Up to 6 DC outputs
- Maximum power of 480 kW
- Centralized Distributed Architecture (CDA)
Compatible with the EVBox DepotBox
Mounted on a totem or at a height, it frees up floor space while providing ultra-fast charging power. Up to 6 DepotBoxes can be connected to a single PowerHub unit, with voltages reaching 1,000 VDC via a CCS2 connector. It provides a DC connection between the central power supply system and the vehicle without the need for additional conversion.
- Maximum power of 500 kW
- Up to 6 EVBoxes per power unit
- Wall-mounted or structure-mounted
One device, multiple uses
The EVBox PowerHub centralized power unit is suitable for a wide range of environments. At highway charging hubs, it handles spikes in simultaneous demand without overloading the grid. In urban stations, its compact design fits seamlessly into the constraints of a dense site. In fleet depots, it pairs with the EVBox DepotBox for optimized overnight charging and a small footprint.
- Ideal for hubs, fleet depots, and urban stations
- Small footprint
4 Reasons to Choose the EVBox PowerHub
-
Easier maintenance
The EVBox PowerHub uses the same technology and components as the EVBox Troniq Modular platform. As a result, they share common procedures and interchangeable parts.
-
Flexible power distribution
Power is delivered in two modes: in static mode, with a fixed power output per DC port, or in dynamic mode, with load sharing among connected vehicles (optional).
-
Power range
With up to 480 kW and 6 DC outputs, the EVBox PowerHub meets the needs of even the most demanding sites. It adjusts the installed capacity to closely match actual usage, without oversizing the infrastructure.
-
Modular architecture
Each power unit consists of stackable 40-kW modules. You can scale the power output to meet your current needs and expand the system as your fleet or traffic grows.
