If you have any further questions, and can’t find the answer in the Help Center, feel free to reach out for additional support.
You can log in to your EVBox account by using your email address and password. EVBox doesn’t work with a separate username. If you are not sure which email address was used for Partner Portal access, search for an email with the name ‘Welcome to the EVBox Partner Portal’.
If you forgot your password to your EVBox account, you can reset your password here or use the “Forgot my password” button on the log-in page. Next, you will receive an email with a link you can click on to reset your password.

This can have several causes:
- You do not have an account yet → I would like to get access to the EVBox Partner Portal
- You are using an incorrect password → I can’t remember my password
- You are using an incorrect username → I can’t remember my username
- Your account is blocked due to too many incorrect attempts → Try again in 15 minutes
The EVBox Partner Portal is only available for EVBox partners (installers, suppliers, distributors, and value-added resellers) and their employees. If you don’t have an account, reach out to your EVBox account manager for Partner Portal access.
