About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate EVBOX’s growth in selling fast and ultrafast DC solutions (for light and heavy-duty vehicles) to Charge Points Operators and Value-Added Resellers in Norway. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director – Nordics, you’ll be responsible for securing new customers, responding to tenders and expanding our reseller and partner network across the region, in close cooperation with other members of the Nordic cluster, Operations/Aftersales and R&D staff located at the production facility in Bordeaux, France. This home based role offers flexibility and can be based anywhere in Norway.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term opportunities.
- Secure new CPO customers and manage tender’s primarily in Norway, but also across the Nordics for international customers out of Norway.
- Expand and strengthen our resellers and partners ecosystem to increase market presence.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across target industries.
- Stay ahead of the market through product expertise and competitor insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3-5yrs experience in the EV sector is a significant advantage, ideally in B2B sales.
- Strong experience in winning tenders and/or building partner networks.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English and Norwegian.
