About the role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the development of charging station projects and their new features, from design to commissioning.
Based in our Léognan (Bordeaux) offices in France, you will coordinate internal teams and various disciplines to manage cost, quality, schedule, and performance objectives for all deliverables.
You will actively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead EVBOX DC projects while ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with the specifications through to the delivery of the projects in full production
- Coordinate deliverables across all project stakeholders (run meetings and workshops, drive problem-solving, etc.)
- Establish development plans and monitor daily progress
- Oversee project execution and report achievements against objectives
Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
- Implement new features on existing products
- Manage component obsolescence
- Support the evolution of procedures
- Communicate effectively with the Solution Engineering team regarding the implementation of new features
Profile
- Engineering degree/Master’s degree with a technical background in electrical engineering, electromechanics, mechanics, or electronics
- At least 10 years’ experience in complex, international project management, ideally within an industrial environment
- Knowledge of charging infrastructure and/or electrical standards
- Proficient in project management tools: planning, tracking, and monitoring ongoing tasks
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Proven experience in launching new products within the commercial systems or consumer products industry
Soft Skills:
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with management and internal teams
- Strong general IT and office software skills
Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
